Personal Operations Lead
This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, problem-solving, and fast-paced execution. You’ll be the go-to operator keeping a real estate entrepreneur focused and in motion — handling what’s needed locally, decisively, and without hand-holding.
This is not a remote position. You need to live within driving distance of Davison, Grand Blanc, Lapeer, Burton, Goodrich, or East/South Flint — and be able to jump on tasks in-person, often on short notice.
What You’ll Be Driving
• Keep the calendar clean, priorities sharp, and tasks moving.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Handle physical errands, paperwork, receipts, and logistics.
• Plan small appreciation events or investor meetups.
• Own recurring to-dos — and prevent problems before they surface.
Who This Role Is For
• A doer, not a follower — You take initiative and push things forward.
• Assertive and adaptable — You can shift gears fast and aren’t rattled easily.
• Tactically sharp — You know how to get answers, negotiate, and close loops.
• Clear communicator — You give updates, follow through, and speak up when needed.
• Locally based and dependable — You’re present and on point.
You Might Have Experience In:
• Executive or personal assistance, field operations, or logistics
• Managing contractors or running events
• Working in entrepreneurial environments
• Tools like Google Drive, Zoho, or RESimpli
Why It Matters
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position inside a growing investment business. The right person will become essential — not just an assistant, but a force multiplier. There’s room to grow, expand scope, and shape how things run.
